Rachelle was classically trained as a Pastry Chef at Elgin College in Illinois where she was born and raised. She has worked as a Pastry Chef and Cake Decorator since the age of 19 and has over 18 years of experience in the industry. She started concentrating on custom cake masterpieces in 2014 with a focus on hand-painted and hand-sculpted design elements. She resides in Colleyville, TX with her husband Stephen and two children, Henry and Cora.
