General Guidelines for Custom Cakes

  • Each Joe Jean Custom Cake is priced differently according to the number of servings needed and the complexity of the final design.

  • All Custom Cakes require a 50% non-refundable retainer to confirm the order and reserve your event date.

  • Joe Jean is closed on Sundays and Mondays. If your event is on a Sunday or Monday, your cake can be picked up on Saturday, kept refrigerated until your event, and will still be delicious!

  • Joe Jean puts the CUSTOM in Custom Cakes. You are encouraged to send in cake pictures to use for inspiration and communication. But each final cake design provided will be a Joe Jean one of a kind edible showpiece.

  • Deliveries are available at an additional fee. Deliveries are required to be added on for cakes 3 or more tiers tall.

  • All cakes are kept refrigerated to preserve decorative details and keep cake sturdy for transport. Cakes are best eaten at room temperature
