General Guidelines for Custom Cakes
Each Joe Jean Custom Cake is priced differently according to the number of servings needed and the complexity of the final design.
All Custom Cakes require a 50% non-refundable retainer to confirm the order and reserve your event date.
Joe Jean is closed on Sundays and Mondays. If your event is on a Sunday or Monday, your cake can be picked up on Saturday, kept refrigerated until your event, and will still be delicious!
Joe Jean puts the CUSTOM in Custom Cakes. You are encouraged to send in cake pictures to use for inspiration and communication. But each final cake design provided will be a Joe Jean one of a kind edible showpiece.
Deliveries are available at an additional fee. Deliveries are required to be added on for cakes 3 or more tiers tall.
All cakes are kept refrigerated to preserve decorative details and keep cake sturdy for transport. Cakes are best eaten at room temperature
